Envolve Joins Mary's Center for the Heroes to Care Health Fair on Veterans Day

Envolve, an integrated healthcare company, will participate in the Mary’s Center Heroes to Care Health Fair on Friday, Nov. 11, 2016. This event will provide access to medical, dental, and behavioral health care services for veterans, active duty services members, their family and the surrounding community. The Envolve “SeeMore” Vision Van is providing eye care screenings and services for health fair attendees.

The "SeeMore" Mobile Vision Van includes:

  • Complete exams
  • Mobile auto-refractors to assess sharpness of vision and need for corrective lenses
  • EyePACS fundus camera to screen for diabetic retinopathy
  • Screenings for and distribution of free reading glasses
  • Prescription glasses shipped after the event to those who need them
  • Prescriptions to obtain eyeglasses

Pro Football Hall of Famer Darrell Green will be meeting with the veterans and their families. In honor of our country’s service members, the Pro Football Hall of Fame is offering free admission to the Hall of Fame for all veterans and active military plus one additional guest during the entire month of November.
